Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how Ironact, Inc. ("Prompt Architect," "we," "us," or "our") handles refund requests for our subscription-based SaaS services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day full refund from the date your subscription begins. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within this period — no questions asked.

  • Within 7 days of subscription start: Full refund
  • After 7 days: No refund. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@ironact.net with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order or subscription ID
  • Reason for the refund request (optional)

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • The 7-day refund period has elapsed
  • Promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases
  • The service has been substantially used (e.g., reports generated, data analyzed)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

4. Company Error

If a refund is due to an error on our part — such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages — we will issue a full refund regardless of the refund period. Please contact us immediately if you experience any billing issues.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period after 7 days

6. Applicable Laws

This policy complies with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률) of the Republic of Korea, as well as applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local laws provide additional consumer rights, those rights shall apply.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
